Why Join?

Circlers come from all walks of life and join for many reasons - perhaps as a gateway to relaxation and enjoyment, or as a way of participating in the local community. It is an ideal way for those who have moved into a new area to find new friends of a similar age. Members include single and married women from a wide variety of occupations: some are professional, some are working or full time mums, some self employed. Often partners are members of Round Table, but many are not.

Who joins and why?

A good example is the diversity of our current members ? including an accountant, a solicitor, a nursery assistant, a PA, a business analyst, and a housewife. Being a member of Ladies Circle means enjoying the friendship of fellow Circlers nationally and internationally, having fun in doing activities that you would not have done alone, feeling satisfied in doing charity work and helping people in need, spending a bit of time and energy in giving your life something extra.
